Michelle graduated with an MS IS from UT Knoxville in 2008 and has a BS in Applied Human Science from ETSU and a BS in Office Administration from Milligan College. She has been employed by the Basler Library since 1991 and has been a Librarian since 2015. In addition to reference services and library instruction, she works with Interlibrary Loan and coordinates weeding of the library collection.
