Wayne G. Basler Library: Schedule a Zoom Room: Scheduling a Group Study/ Zoom Room

Group Study/Zoom Rooms are available in the library for students to work together or to attend Zoom classes.

Schedule up to four (4) hours per session to attend your Zoom classes or take proctored exams. Please be aware that Zoom room capacity is limited and only schedule what you need for your classes or exams.

Use the button at the bottom of the page to access the scheduling page.

To use the scheduling page,

First, click Go to Date Button and choose your date.
Scroll to the correct time and click on the beginning time you want in a room that is available.
Next, look below the calendar to find the drop down menu next to your selected start time. Use this to select your end time.
After you have selected your end time, click on submit times.
Finally, fill out the form and click on Submit my Booking to complete your reservation.

If you are 15 or more minutes late for a reservation, it may be cancelled.
