Suggest a Purchase

We value your input!

We encourage you to request materials for the collection by using the Suggest a Purchase option under QuickLinks on the Library’s website (http://www.northeaststate.edu/library).

Returning Library Materials

If you cannot return Library materials to the Circulation Desk, you may use one of the two drop boxes on the Blountville campus.

  • A drive-up box is available at the back of the Library near the student parking lot.
  • Another box is located in the atrium near the main entrance to the Pierce Building.

 Book return

If you are on another campus, you may return the materials to the secretary at Elizabethton, Gray, RCAM, RCHP, or to the Library & Student Resource Center at KCHE

Please be sure that you leave the materials in a secure location, as you are responsible for them until they are checked in at the Library.

Find Sources

Search multiple databases and the library catalog.

Type in keywords, titles, or authors to find what the library has to offer on your topic.

If you have a DOI or a PubMed ID (PMID), enter it here to begin your request. This will point you to immediate full-text access through our subscriptions or Open Access (if available).

Computers

3rd floor computers

In addition to the computers in the Learning Center, the Library has several computers on the second and third floors, as well as the database lab on the third floor (L302) for students to use.

All of these computers have word processing, Internet access,  and copies of most of the programs that students use for classes on campus.
